Module-Lattice-Based Key-Encapsulation Mechanism Standard. NIST FIPS 203, finalised August 2024. The post-quantum key encapsulation algorithm SkyeConnex uses (in hybrid composition with AES Key Wrap) on the Sovereign tier.
