The question
AI platforms see, retain and learn from what you give them. Paste regulated data into someone else’s model and you have disclosed it — you simply called it a prompt.
The architectural answer
SkyeGXU runs training and inference against custody objects, reassembled only inside your boundary on infrastructure you govern — CPU or GPU. Model distribution is a controlled key-release rather than a download: possession is not permission. A custody-enforcing MCP server extends the same guarantee to agent tool-calls.
